Ladies and gentlemen, on July 27th, 2024 we gather not only to swing clubs and chase balls but to celebrate the life of our dear friend Jake. While he may not have been a golfer, Jake lived life with the same intensity and passion that we see on the golf course.

You see, Jake was a man who understood the value of friendship and family. He grew up playing sports, giving his all on the field, and cherishing every victory and defeat as a lesson in life. He was the teammate who lifted spirits when they were down, the brother who always had your back, and the friend who made every moment unforgettable.

But beyond the games and the parties, Jake's legacy is one of love and laughter. His smile was infectious, his spirit indomitable. He taught us to live life at full throttle, to savor every moment, and to never take a single day for granted.

 Unfortunately Jake was taken from us on October 5th, 2019. To keep his legacy alive his two roommates at the time Zach Tentis and Dylan Jewell have started the Jake Evens Memorial Golf Tournament.
